ASTANA. Oct 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Banks and microfinance organizations in Kazakhstan must screen individual borrowers before issuing unsecured consumer loans online under a rule that took effect Oct. 1, 2026, the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market said.
