ExxonMobil blocked proposal to settle multi-billion Kashagan dispute – media
ASTANA. Oct 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – ExxonMobil Holdings Corp. blocked a proposal for partners in Kazakhstan's Kashagan oil project to settle a $5.2 billion environmental fine with the government, Bloomberg reported, citing sources.
