Kazakhstan to build fourth refinery for Kashagan, Tengiz crude oil

ASTANA. May 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A preliminary feasibility study has been launched in Kazakhstan for the construction of the country’s fourth oil refinery, the Energy Ministry said Wednesday.
