Raising OPEC+ production quotas can compensate for insufficient production cuts from earlier - Novak


ST. PETERSBURG. June 4 (Interfax) - An increase in oil production quotas for OPEC+ countries, the majority of whom will not be able to grow their output due to the Middle East conflict, allows countries who have previously exceeded their quotas to compensate for these volumes more quickly, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told journalists.
