ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A feasibility study for expanding the Shymkent refinery's capacity from 6 million to 12 million tonnes is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
