Ex-Navy chief arrested in Kazakhstan over Caspian deaths

ASTANA. Oct 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A former commander of Kazakhstan's Navy has been detained and arrested on negligence charges over the deaths of servicemen during exercises in the Caspian Sea, the Interior Ministry's press service told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
