Kazakh mobile operators fined over excessive signal levels at prisons
ASTANA. Oct 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Prosecutors in northern Kazakhstan have fined three major mobile operators for signal levels that exceeded permitted limits at penitentiary facilities, the Kostanay regional prosecutor's office said.
