ASTANA. July 15 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed newly appointed Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Abylkair Skakov to pay particular attention to further strengthening the strategic partnership and alliance between the two countries, the president's press service said in a statement on Tuesday.
