CSTO allies hold staff talks in Russia on three joint military exercises

MOSCOW. July 9 (Interfax) — Military officials from the Collective Security Treaty Organization held staff talks in Russia this week to plan three coalition exercises set for this fall, the CSTO Joint Staff said Thursday.
