Seasonal cargo surge causes truck backup on Kazakhstan-Russia border

ASTANA. June 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A congestion of cargo trucks has been observed at the Kosak checkpoint on the Kazakhstan-Russia border in Pavlodar region, the Border Service of Kazakhstan's National Security Committee said.
