Russia's oat exports jump 23% in Jan-April, Kazakhstan third-largest buyer

ALMATY. June 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Russia exported 111,000 tonnes of oats worth $23.5 million in the first four months of 2026, the Agroexport federal center said Wednesday, citing expert estimates.
